As the month begins, you will be in the mood to catch your breath and slow down. By taking time to rest and think about your new birthday year ahead, you will ensure a happier, more productive year. A lot of planetary activity will light your solar twelfth house in July, considered the last house of the horoscope, the place in the chart where one reflects on recent events and upon meditation, sets the future course. You may want to change your priorities and set up new goals, and if so, it's an ideal time to do so.

On July 2 and July 3, Mercury will in in ideal angle to Uranus and Jupiter, respectively, making it a sweet time to travel, see friends, and to have a fateful meeting with a romantic new partner.

In the following week, July 8 is an interesting day, for Mars, now in your twelfth house of the subconscious, will reach out to Neptune in your eighth house of mysteries and transformation. On this day, you may feel outstandingly intuitive - even psychic. I've not seen an aspect so perfectly set up like this one for you in in years. Listen to what the small voice within you is telling you to do, for you will know this to be true without yet knowing why. Alternatively, you may have a prophetic dream. The new moon, July 15, in Cancer 23 degrees, will also be a gentle one, stimulating the same part of your chart, the twelfth house, your subconscious mind, and your intuition. If you need to go into rehab to deal with a substance problem, or have surgery, this would be your moment. The twelfth house is, like its opposite house, one of healing, both physical and mental.

The twelfth house to be lit by the new moon July 15 is also the area of the chart that governs work done in solitude. There are times we want to close the door so that we can concentrate, such as to complete a book or thesis you may be writing, and this new moon might stimulate that need. The twelfth house is not the place we debut important projects, so you would have to wait until Mars and other planets move out of this house in August. (August is due to be a sensational month - my favorite of 2015. Your timing for unveiling your work next month will be perfect. September will also be very special, a close runner up to August.)

You have a lot of activity in the behind the sector, so it's possible that you may need to deal with some political intrigue in your office involving subordinates. I don't want to get you overly paranoid. I will mention that it is possible someone, or several workers, will try to take credit for your work or make you look bad concerning a certain project. Their plan will not work, but you nevertheless will need to keep an eye on these people and their silly antics. This is a temporary situation, and when these subordinates see that their moves are having no effect, they will retreat. Don't worry one bit - you are still the celestial favorite, dear Leo.

The new moon, July 15, will be flawed, so things won't go precisely as planned. The most troublesome aspect will come from Uranus, planet of completely unanticipated events, in hard, 90-degree angle to the new moon. You may suddenly have problems with people you are dealing with abroad or, if you plan to travel overseas, you may suddenly be faced with unpredictable events that will pop up on your trip.

Alternatively, a media project may go off the rails, or a legal problem may come up that requires you get legal advice. Similarly, you are a professor, teaching instructor, part of the college support staff, or an undergraduate / graduate student, or are working on a grant at a university, you may encounter a roadblock. If you are dealing with an immigration matter, be prepared for anything to come up, for things are not likely to proceed smoothly. I am sorry to report this news - everyone, of every sign, will all be under the same challenging vibrations mid-to-late July. Using resourcefulness will help you out of any situation.

Nobody can anticipate what Uranus will do because Uranus always brings a situation that you are not looking at and would never imagine could come up. Uranus keeps us on our toes and keeps us flexible. You need to prepare as best you can and keep your antenna up for any sudden news that will require you to turn on a dime. Pluto will also be in a difficult position to Mars at the new moon, July 15, so someone in your department, a co-worker, may be difficult. Fortunately, Saturn will be at a good angle to the new moon, indicating you can find a solid, long-term answer to a situation at this new moon. In particular, you may be able to settle a real estate or family question that you have long hoped to put to rest.

If a home, property, or a family matter is something you are thinking about, July 21 or July 22 will be a day to sign papers. Saturn will send a perfect beam to the Sun (your ruler) on the first day, bringing longevity and a sense of peacefulness to the venture. If you need support from family, including money, you will get it on or near July 21. On the following day, Mercury (contracts) and Saturn will also be in sync, so either day, July 21 or July 22, would be superb for making an agreement, closing on a house, signing a rental lease, or signing with a contractor. You might also choose a roommate, or do something else to solidify your living situation.

Venus will retrograde from July 25 to September 6, a rare situation, and that will slow your career progress during those weeks. Because you will do well in the beginning of July, you can afford to give yourself a little slack and use the time to assess your performance over the past year. If you'd like to go back to a project you put aside or tweak one that you finished but know could be better, this would be the time to roll up your sleeves and do it.

Venus will retrograde in Leo during this time (July 25 to September 6), so you will feel this retrograde more than most. Do not make any dramatic changes to your appearance, such as to color or cut your hair in a very different style. You are not likely to enjoy the results. This means you should not have plastic surgery during those weeks either - you need Venus, the planet of good looks and love, to be strong when you make radical changes. You can schedule routine hair trims and so forth, but do nothing that would be considered radical. This applies to men as well as women. Men, if you were thinking of shaving your beard or growing one, wait until October to do that.

It also would be best to hold off on giving a big, expensive party during Venus retrograde, for Venus rules fun, love, and luxury - this is a "no frills" vibration. The personal planets - Mercury, Venus and Mars - orbit close to Earth, and when they retrograde, we feel the affects more than when one of the outer planets retrogrades (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, or Pluto). A retrograde planet is a weak planet, withholding its strongest beams while it naps. Although Venus will wake up on September 6, it will be more energetic, awake and effective by October 9. If you can wait until that latter date, do so. By October you will see your career start percolating again, with big news to celebrate due at the full moon, October 27.

The month will end with a second full moon, called a blue moon, July 31 in Aquarius at 8 degrees. Your closest partner, in love or business, will be your focus. Happily, this is a friendly full moon, so you may be ready to make plans for the future together. With Venus retrograde, it wouldn't be the right time to get engaged, but it appears something about your relationship is coming to culmination. Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius (the sign of this full moon), will have gone retrograde July 26 to stay retrograde until December 25 of this year, so you may change your mind about your partner (in business or love) or the timing of an impending action you want to take together, to speed things up or to delay things.

If your birthday falls on July 30, plus or minus five days, you will feel this full moon quite directly. The same is true if you have a natal planet, the Sun, moon, or ascendant at 8 degrees of Leo, Aquarius, Sagittarius, Aries, Gemini, or Libra - you will benefit from this full moon in a big way too.

Jupiter will be leaving Leo next month, and you will lose the title of celestial favorite, a privilege you've held for thirteen months, since July 2014. You currently have special protection from Jupiter, planet of good fortune, especially when it comes to getting help from VIPs. The successes you achieved since July 2014 (and that you are yet achieve until next month) will set the tone for years to come and pay you dividends from those projects for more than a decade into the future. It is impossible to overstate how potent this period is for you. If there is an influential person you still need to see to present an idea, you must make a concerted effort to do so now, before time runs out August 11.

You are also being favored above all others for health and healing, for finding love and happiness, and for making exceptional progress in your career. If you did not take international trip and/or build or strengthen a global relationship with an important VIP, you can still do so this month or next, during the glorious month of August. Later this year, you will see impressive financial gain from the ventures you seeded over the past twelve months.

A day this month when things will be stellar for you will be July 21, when Saturn will work with the Sun to set up long-term gains on a venture you may decide to begin on that day.

It may be July when many people are away, but you appear to have opted to stay back in town and get work done. The month will be busy the minute July takes off. The full moon, July 1, will bring a work project to a finish. This full moon will be a powerful one, for it will come arm-in-arm with Pluto. Neptune will be friendly to both, so if you are working on a creative project, it appears you'll get exceptional praise, and someone behind the scenes will be so impressed, you are likely to see a generous fee or a salary raise for this project - or if not, you will for the next one. Foreign markets will be lucky for you now, too, so look into expanding your import-export of your artistic expressions or your goods / services.

July 1 also marks a day when Venus will meet with Jupiter, giver of gifts and luck, a rare annual event. Even more remarkable, both will meet in Leo for the first time in years. Indeed, this is no ordinary day for it has a huge potential for helping you find fun and romance, AND bring outstanding news about your career. Two days later, July 3, Mercury will meet with Jupiter in an equally rare event. July 3 will be a perfect day to be surrounded by friends for a big, joyous party, barbeque, picnic, or dinner out in a hip talked-about restaurant.

Your career seems to be bubbling up some impressive victories. It appears you may hear VERY good professional news on or near July 1. Venus will go retrograde later, on July 25, so when it comes to career, romance, love, or improving your looks, you will do best to be out and about early in the month, not later, when Venus in retrograde will emit a weak vibration. Venus is the natural ruler of your tenth house of fame, the reason Venus' activities are so important to watch to see what will come up in your career. Venus also rules love, beauty, and fun, another reason to circulate early in the month, not later when Venus will shut down for a rest.

The new moon in Cancer that is due on July 16 won't be a big moment for you, for it will light a quiet area of your chart, one dealing with thinking, building strategy, and preparing for the future. You may sense a bit of political intrigue going on behind the scenes in your office, but if so, those who try to steal credit for your work will be sorry they ever hatched their plan. Mid-to-late month, you will be strong and confident, for Pluto will oppose the new moon. Anyone who has been jealous of your success will find that their plot to steal your thunder will be ineffective and even backfire. Pay very little attention to the antics of less talented people, for you will rise above the fray.

Saturn is back in Scorpio as of last month, June 14, and this means you may be revisiting a long-term question concerning property you may own or rent, or regarding a family member who needs your help. Saturn will remain in this area until September 17, so it appears you will finally choose a direction to solve things once and for all. If you feel the answer you choose is not the ideal one, you can always make more changes up ahead.

A difficult day, when higher ups will dig in their heels and question all your assumptions, will be July 6. That is a day to keep your head down and out of the line of fire. It would be best to avoid scheduling an interview or presentation to ask for special favor. Wait for better days.

Your partner will be the center of your attention at the romantic full moon in your opposite sign of Aquarius on July 31. This is normally a good time for making a commitment. With Saturn in the wings, sending all good vibrations to this union or venture, you may become engaged or wed, or if already attached, daydream about future goals you'd like to take on together. On the same day, Venus will enter Leo, but by then, Venus will be retrograde, so for that reason, I would prefer you not make any final announcements. You can plan but don't etch them in stone until after September 6, and better yet after October 9.

July 1 brings the meeting of Venus and Jupiter in Leo, bringing you great news in your career, and also the chance to find love and happiness. This would also be a perfect day to see about visiting the salon or barber shop, or for enjoying a spa treatment. This is a five-star day.

The full moon in Capricorn July 1 will also bring a work project to fruition and finish. It's a positive full moon, and with a positive vibe from Neptune, you will be able to show off your creativity in a way that impresses the powers at the top.

July 2 and July 3 are days when Mercury will receive signals from Uranus first, then Jupiter. Travel and friendships go together like cup and saucer on both dates. These would be ideal for signing papers too.
