You seem to have been at odds with a number of folk and either experienced verbal misunderstandings - or conflict and hostility –but next week will usher in period of constructive cooperation. The answers will switch to “yes” instead of “no’s” (or silence) and you’ll start to get more of what you want.
If you are involved in media, Internet, publishing (or else spend a lot of time on email or mobiles), what you say and the tone in which you say it, will have a fresh approach or a more positive impact than it has been of late. The same applies to the way you think, including new ideas for the future, as the current ideas that are not exactly going according to plan and may change or finally progress. 
It has been more of a struggle to communicate effectively, or to get your message towards an end or a result and/or getting what you want, but thankfully all that will change.
A lot of this is about getting the foundation of your life sorted and to recognize what those corner stones are and then implement them.

It’s also about what you value, and if you are self sufficient, not just financially, but if you’re “together” emotionally and truly at peace as peace and money are very much entwined in some form or another.
The key question with the new moon that occurred earlier this week is to ask yourself if you are prepared to do - or be willing to do - anything, no matter how wrong it is, in order to achieve a particular objective. 
Mercury is your ruler and there are a lot of unhelpful aspects with Mercury in your financial zone, and some of these communications can descend into conflict and hostility.
Someone or something is a bee in your bonnet, and whatever it is, there is a significant joint financial link or some difficult aspect to the dealings, but also an emotional one. 
Maybe its insecurity or doubt or you’re feeling in a vulnerable position - or unable to realize a goal - but this situation is about to be transformed this week. 
Your network, friends and social life remain your linch-pin and personal prop and there is also likely to be a personal choice - or else a situation that is thrust upon you via necessity – but either way it initiates a positive change.
There will be difficult, though inevitable, conversations, and ones that were required - or long overdue - and this will bring about a transformation in either a romantic relationship or one with an offspring.

It’s true your world is very different now to what it was some years back, every since Saturn entered Libra that in many ways deconstructed your world and the way you live your life and even with whom. 
This week has resonance of those times, this is not a week of maybe’s and perhaps. It is a week where you take no prisoners and take decisive action and this is especially so in any group situations, with VIP’s, government bureaucracy, friends, lover or child.

The new moon also falls in the house of travel, so perhaps you take off on some amazing journey of discovery (either literally or metaphorically) but you will be learning a lot over the next year, about life, groups, and how you relate.
If you are feeling unsure about the future, don’t worry this is a passing mood and clarity about your next steps (and new approach) will be apparent as early as next week. 
Still there can’t be beginnings without endings and the new cannot start without letting go of the old. Therefore this could be a defining week.

Many Sags are feeling a bit lost and have felt the mercy of others or like puppets on a string. It may be financial, emotional or geographic, but your life path is determined more by others than by your own desires. 
You know it’s time to start doing “your own thing” and with the accompanying freedom that you crave (along with financial security and a sense of belonging) or a feeling of fitting in, feeling worthy and belonging.
The new moon is going to be transformational in this regard, and the opportunities and options that you have been waiting on will come thick and fast. Just when you were about to lose hope, a light appears at the end of the tunnel.
Whilst everyone has felt a tad stressed this week, (and you more so with Saturn back in your 12th) there are solutions ahead, especially about property, money, house, homeland, possessions and any forms of joint money and shared assets. 
There are issues to deal with relating to inheritance, tax, joint funds, money, income, business (yours or a partner’s) and much is unknown and even a cause for concern, especially if you are relying on the actions, permissions or go ahead from someone else.
Since Pluto has entered this zone back in 2008, life has been difficult or at least more problematic in these areas and it’s been under a state of flux.
This is one of those “it can go either way” scenarios and it does need the right decisions (and entirely without any karma hangovers). 
This week your emotions are telling you that something needs to change and be “transformed” and it’s a decision or situation that will involve others.
Maybe you’re in a standoff in a commercial deal, or a deadlock in life and feel as if you have reached a standstill and life is no longer making the forward progress that you want. 
Maybe you’re emotionally and mentally tired (and that’s very likely) so you need to work through what you really want, but at the same time what someone else also wants and then find the middle path. Only that way can the road forward become apparent and life can begin to feel truly joyful again.

Needless to say with Pluto in Capricorn there have been some “interesting” times and this week is another week when life is “attention grabbing” and exciting, but perhaps not in ways that you would prefer.
The new moon in your relationship zone suggest a fresh approach is required in your relationships in general - or in one particular one - and that may because of a break or a new association.
The association may be an enterprise you’ve established with another, or others, and this week is showing you in no uncertain terms that you have to liaise differently or be more involved or operate in a different way or become more focused and involved.
All the planetary action is centered on your working life, your daily environment, lifestyle and health and the effective operation of all these areas.
Are you a workhorse or do you avoid it like the plague? Do you feel it beneath you to be an employee and can you only contemplate being the top dog (but are still a long way from there). 
It’s a week when thought needs to be given about how you handle all these areas and if they are operating like they should. 
Are you taking good care of your body and your health, and paying the appropriate attention and focus to work and the daily duties of life? 
Put it this way, if your approach is wrong, or your foundation is shaky, or you have been abusing your health, or not applying yourself at work, then this is the week when it all falls down. 
On a positive note if you’ve been a workhorse and applied yourself willingly and with grace, and have prepared yourself well, and pursued your ambitions with intelligence, then you’ll be repeating many rewards.
An old friend or an ex or a relative that haven’t seen for a while may pop up on your radar also and may very well provide the new lifestyle or health path or the new idea/job offer for you to follow. As for the rest, they just may cut you loose or unfairly criticize you.
