What a wonderful time early November will be to travel, especially if you go for pleasure and time with your one-and-only.

You will have other bonuses from that new moon. If you are an author, columnist, or screenwriter, Neptune will send you the lyrical, gem-like words to use in early November. Because Neptune is strongly associated with the silver screen, you will likely be able to write in a highly cinematic way, and if you write songs or poetry, you will be at the top of your game.

 There are other benefits to this new moon. If you are in college or graduate school, you will write your reports in an exceptional inspirational, creative way.  In particular, I am very encouraged by the mutual reception between Mars and Uranus that will be happening this month. What is a mutual reception? It’s something rare that we only see occasionally in astrology, and only for a short time. In order to have a mutual reception, you need one planet, like Mars, to travel in the sign that Uranus rules – Aquarius. Bingo, we have that, but we need something else. We need Uranus to travel in the sign that Mars rules – again, bingo, Uranus is in Aries, the sign Mars rules.

 This mutual reception will go on only until December 19, because at that time, Mars will change signs. A mutual reception makes each planet work like the other’s buddy, and in fact, each planet takes on the persona of the work like the other planet.  In terms of your career, good fortune will strike like lightning on November 25. That’s Thanksgiving Day weekend in the US, but many people need to work on holidays, so keep your antenna up. Mercury will work with Uranus on that day, which is also a fabulous day for brainstorming for innovative ideas.

 After November 29, two trends will start up that will take you through December. The first will be a strong emphasis on health and fitness. With Saturn in your sixth house of actions for preventative health, you will have plenty of self-discipline to follow a fitness and nutritional routine. Start at the new moon and you will begin the year in better shape than when you started 2016. If you have been working out, treat yourself to a trainer at month’s end, and get the jump on a new routine before anyone else.

 This same new moon will bring in another trend, one that will bring you new projects. Assignments will fly in the door, or if you are in retail, you’ll need to manage quite a bit of business, and may have to hire recruits. If you are self-employed, you have an excellent time to bring in new business.

 Venus is now moving through your relationship sector, from November 11 to December 7. This is your best time to plan special things to do with your significant other, and to draw up blueprints for a goal you want to accomplish together. If you are serious about a future together, Santa may leave a glittering diamond in your stocking, or you may be surprised on New Year’s Eve with a thrilling proposal. Or, then again, you might be Santa, or the one to give the proposal. It’s all good.
